TELA Studios is Liam Morrison, working alone. I design and build custom websites for local businesses, handling the questions, the writing, the design and the code myself.
The site gets built before you pay for it. Not a mockup and not a slide deck. A real working version on a temporary address that you open on your phone and click through. Anything that's wrong gets changed. Decide against the whole thing and there's no invoice.
That's the whole arrangement. It works because I ask enough questions at the start to know what the site has to accomplish, which takes a couple of emails rather than a lengthy discovery process.
